Petit Douaillon

Do you simply want to get together with family or friends? Le Petit Douaillon offers you 2 buildings in which you can sleep. The reception room for 40 people adjoins the professional kitchen, which is very well equipped and organised, including crockery for 40 place settings.
Exceptional: 3 ground-floor bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs can accommodate 8 people with reduced mobility.

The gîte is located on an organic dairy farm. Tours of the farm are available on request.
There is a large car park around the gîte, away from the relaxation and play areas, and 2 petanque areas. A real haven of peace in the countryside.

La Longère: on the ground floor is the reception room with professional kitchen, sanitary facilities and 1 wheelchair-accessible bedroom for 2 with adapted shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (3/4/5 and 6 beds, each with its own shower room/wc and independent access). Access via the reception room to a large terrace covered by a marquee from April to October with seating for 10, garden tables and chairs.
L'Ancienne étable: ground floor: dining room with simple kitchen, table and chairs for approx. 8 people, 2 wheelchair-accessible bedrooms for 3 people each with private shower room and WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 4 beds each with en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a studio apartment, 26m², on the ground floor, with a TV area and sofa, a kitchenette, and upstairs: 2-person bedroom and shower room with wc.
In total, 34 beds (90*190cm). (If you need more beds, contact Gîtes de France to organise the distribution of people with other gîtes in the area).

There are plenty of things to do with the family in the surrounding area: the Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier (12km), the Robert Tatin open-air museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, aquatic centres open all year round in Château-Gontier and Meslay du Maine (17km), the Château-Gontier marina for organising a boat, kayak or bike trip on the Vélo Francette...

Shops in Gennes-Longuefuye, 3km: bakery, bar, grocery shop. Then in Château-Gontier, 10km, bakery, chemist, doctors, supermarket, market, shops.
